Testimonials

Are you looking for a Real estate agent with exceptional service. If so, Denise Harper Davis is for you. I recently had the pleasure of working with Denise in North Carolina. I resided in New York and chose Denise as my realtor in North Carolina because of her professionalism. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversation, and throughout the process, Denise was professional. At each step in the whole process, Denise came through with her commitment to excellence. She remain in contact with the builder, provided updates on the new construction, visit the newly constructed home several times, sent me pictures and FaceTime me so I can see the progress of the home, Participated in the first and final walk-through, and was extremely supportive during the closing. Denise went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging the inspection, contacting someone to put up a fence, contacting someone to put up a screen around my patio, and pointing out areas of the home that needed to be repaired during the walk-through. Throughout our journey, Denise demonstrated immense wisdom, patience and understanding for my situation. I am incredibly pleased with the service that I receive from Denise. I sum up my experience with her with three words, “ Simply The Best!” ~Leslie Dildy
